For some advanced features, these browsers require enabling Diagnostic mode (DevTools). Without it, only the basic functions will work. The mode is optional, safe, and can be turned off anytime in the extension settings. When enabled, the browser will briefly show its standard “debugging” banner.
In Firefox everything works out of the box. Diagnostic mode is not needed, since Firefox extensions have more flexibility. All features are available without the extra banner.

They’re already stored on ChatGPT’s own servers. The site just doesn’t provide a button to view them. The extension only reveals what’s already there — it does not upload, store, or copy your files.
No. The extension cannot and will not bypass subscriptions or account limits. It only improves interface usability.
Some advanced features require diagnostic mode. When you enable it, the browser shows a standard banner for a few seconds. This is normal and disappears automatically. If you want to avoid seeing it, you can simply keep Diagnostic mode turned off, or use Firefox, where these features work without debugging at all.
Yes. All features run locally in your browser. The extension doesn’t collect or share your personal chats, prompts, or files.
